300 ml screwcap bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 15%. Clear faintly yellow-ish colour, nearly like water. No carbonation. Aroma of rice, melon, raw alcohol, mushrooms. The flavour is sweeter than expected, with the same elements as the aroma.

In parallel. Drunk warm. The olfactory intensity is high, and the olfactory persistence is appreciable. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is directed towards fruitiness and banana. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas find vanilla and melon. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of strong sake. The dryness is light. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is good. The aroma in the mouth brings hints of vanilla, fruit and green apple. VARIATIONS Plus. Drunk cold (recommended temperature) (My vote 6.8/10). The consistency of the liquid is clear. The color is a hint of yellow. The olfactory intensity is normal, and the olfactory persistence is sufficient. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma - is directed towards fruitiness and rice. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas finds melon, grapes, wood, dried apricot and green apple. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of medium strength. The dryness is medium. The body is full. The aroma is delicate. The gustatory intensity is normal, and the gustatory persistence is sufficient. On the palate the body is strong, and the aftertaste is of medium intensity. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are easy to drink. The finish is velvety and tends more towards dryness. The aroma in the mouth brings hints of peach and fruit. VARIATIONS Plus drunk very hot (My vote 6.6/10). The taste on the nose - secondary aromas find mushroom. The aroma in the mouth brings hints of cooked rice, fruit, almond and spices. VARIATIONS Plus drunk at room temperature (My vote 3.2/5). The structure is creamy. The aroma in the mouth brings hints of malted Koji rice, white peach and fruit.

Bottle from Sake-Kontor Berlin, 15.5%. Fresh and fruity smooth nose. Intense fragile aroma, fruity fresh. The Saké starts quite dry fruity. Alcoholic hints, very mild and fragile in aroma. Deep but not too intense, very round and easy to drink, great fruity fresh aftertaste, melon, round typical Saké yeast, fresh and mild in the aftertaste. Nice!

300ml bottle. Clear with a yellow tinge, syrupy no head and aroma of rice, earthy meaty. Taste is similar, rice with earthy, almost meaty, and some light fruity melon notes and alcohol. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, earthy warm finish. Quite drinkable.
