28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours clear, virtually no colour but with the slightest yellow edge. Aroma of rice, alocohol, light caramel and flowers. Moderate sweetness, light sour. Light body, slight sticky texture, still carbonation.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear, nearly colourless, no head. Aroma has rice and alcohol. Bitter flavour, sweetish with alc warmth.

Bottle courtesy of Ken1. Clear as water without head. Aroma is sweet, cooked rice, marzipan and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. 190518

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours clear light yellowish water colour. Aroma of dry grains, melons. Taste of strong melon, very dry, slight alcoholic burning.

Bottle from a local Asian shop. Sweetish alcoholic neutral aroma. Crisp, fresh, sweetish. Nice round, quite cheap in the aroma, hints of alcohol. The typical Saké-aroma is light with fruity sweetish hints, but a bit sharp alcoholic.
