28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours clear, virtually no colour but with the slightest yellow edge. Aroma of rice, alocohol, light caramel and flowers. Moderate sweetness, light sour. Light body, slight sticky texture, still carbonation.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear, nearly colourless, no head. Aroma has rice and alcohol. Bitter flavour, sweetish with alc warmth.

Bottle courtesy of Ken1. Clear as water without head. Aroma is sweet, cooked rice, marzipan and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. 190518

Bottle. Clear colour. Moderate marcipan aroma. Nice marcipan flavor. Average finish. Deasent Futsu. Oily palate.
