Drank cold. The consistency of the liquid is clear. The color degree is a hint of yellow. The olfactory intensity is high, and the olfactory persistence is sufficient. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is fruity, especially apple. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas traces vanilla. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of medium strength’s sake. The viscosity is low. The body is medium. The taste intensity is normal, and the taste persistence is sufficient. On the palate the sweetness is notable, and the body is weak. On the palate the aftertaste is of medium intensity. The final mouth sensations are easy to drink. The finish is clean, thirst-quenching and simple, and tends more towards sweetness. In the mouth the aroma brings hints of vanilla and white peach.

125 ml from Wagamama, Cambridge. Clear with a touch of visible carbonation. Not a lot of aroma but the sweet taste, with white grape and vanilla, more than makes up for this. Bit of tartness on the finish. Refreshing body with some light fizziness lifting the mouthfeel. I wouldn't imagine this is the pinnacle of sake but certainly worth a try.

Small bottle at home as I slum it a tad. Clear fizzy pour. Nose is lightly floral and sweet sugary rice. Tastes of simple syrup, florals, lemon, grapefruit and candy. Sugary palate. Like a wine spritzer. Not my thang.

Bottle at the xmas tasting. Pours clear pale golden, nose is light pineapple, floral, taste is fizzy, fruity, sweet.

Bottle at the 2nd Annual Garvie Christmas Tasting. Pours clear with a few bubbles. More like a sweet white wine than anything up front. Fruity. Sweet wine vibe all the way through. Fizz lifts it above the ordinary. Bit lemonade maybe.
