The taste on the nose - secondary aromas is composed of vanilla, melon, coconut and plum. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of medium strength’s sake. The aroma on the tongue is slightly dry. Viscosity is medium. The body is structured. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is good. On the palate the aftertaste is intense. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are ready to drink. The finish is silky. On the palate there are hints of malted rice Koji, vanilla, melon, and anise.
