One cup at Hojoko, 2/9/18.
Clear, pearl-off-white.
Melon notes give off a fairly regular junmai impression but quickly following is a grape bubble gum-like note that doesn't sound good, but despite being odd and unusual, is still interesting. Some sweet honey and creamy vanilla behind it with little/no alcohol.
In the mouth it's lightly fruity with light bubble gum again. Soft melon, vanilla, honey and incredibly clean with no alcohol whatsoever. Crisp, clear and flavorful, if quite untraditional.

Little one cup from grocer. Clear pour rather thick. Nose is melon. Tastes of green grapes, watermelon, coconut water, little simple syrup. Not much booze. Sweet brew but smooth.
