Bottle@SBWF2018. Clean watery colour with no head. Aroma is rice, some mild citrus, minerals and some citrusy tones. Flavour is rice, some fruity, citrusy, minercalic as well as some earthy and herbal tones to it. Really smooth and hides the 15 % really well.

Clear.
Smells soft, deep spice and heavy earthy tones. Some salinity even. No booze, no fresh rice. Lots of mineral, maybe a bit of olive.
Soft, subtle, dry, earthy, with salted olive and limestone. Good body, great dryness. No booze or sharpness whatsoever.
