16/12/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear virtually colourless with no head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, rice water, hint of caramel cocoa. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, low carbonation. Crisp, with a nice long bittersweet finish. Very nice.

750ml bottle from Japan Centre. Clear very pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of rice, fruity, earthy. Taste is rice, mellow, caramel hint, with some warming booze. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry warming finish. Quite drinkable.
