Amber, bright, and a woody, tart, somewhat acetic character, a simple example with a refreshing tart finish. Would be a good base for a line of fruit beers.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey for the Cigar City & Funky Buddha SAVOR event. Clear amber with off-white head. Aromas of cherries and light vinegar. Tastes of cherries, tart fruit. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
