Kinushiro is nigori (unfiltered) sake which has a rich taste and a smoothness in the throat as a silk. This sake goes well with a wide variety of foods.

500mL bottle with 2021 on the cap, drunk 1/1/23.
Shook the sediment up, which in retrospect, I'm not sure I wanted to do, even though it's a nigori.
Glue, tape, plaster, medicine. Nothing particularly pleasant, though not actually alcoholic.
Sweet, rather muddled, though with enough nutty dryness and very light acidity on the end. Kind of mindless, sweet drinking. Doesn't have the flaws apparent in the flavor as the aroma would suggest. Disappointing, but not a drain pour.
