15/9/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost colourless, just a hint of yellow, with no head. Aroma is light, fragrant rice, melon, hint of chocolate. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, moderately boozy. Medium body, quite smooth, low carbonation. Nice.

300ml bottle from Japan Centre. Clear very pale yellow colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of rice, fruit, melon. Taste is rice, tangy, fruity, melon, with some booze. Medium bodied, low carbonation, warm boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.
