Poured from a bottle. Aroma is very floral with some lighter fruit notes. Lots of yarrow, dandelion and other floral notes. Some light red apple, pear and stone fruit. Lighter tropical fruit with a bit of an herbal, grassy note. Hints of cracker and caramel from the malt. Pours a hazy, copper color with some burnt auburn notes and a small, moderately thick, white head that recedes to a thin film that lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor has a medium light acidity with a balanced light sweetness. Light caramel and cracker malt notes. Quite a bit of floral character but less than in the aroma. Same, herbal, grassy spice note. Fruit is lighter with more citrus and less red apple. Light bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an interesting saison. I like the floral notes quite a bit, but I’m not as big of a fan of the fruit esters and how they worked with the floral notes.

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy yellow with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus, yeast, wood, funk. Thin mouth, nice tart fruit with some sweet malt on the finish, very good.

Bottle - Light berry fruit and some creamy lacto. Hazy copper orange with a thin head. Creamy lacto, berry notes. Nice balance of sweetness and creamy notes. Reminds me a bit of NG.
