CBC. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, artificial apple, sugary and Hubba Bubba apple flavored chewing gum that I had as a kid back in the 80’s. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 010515

Tap@CBC 2015, Blue Session - clear golden yellow pour with small white bubbly head. Aroma and taste is prominent sweet apple, sweet fruity, sugar, apple skin, sweet apple finish. Nice.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours clear golden, no head. Aroma of green apples, apple peel, sugar. Flavor is rather sweet, light tart, green apple, sugar, apple juice. Medium body, flat carbonation. No i didnt like it. 010515

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this cider poured a dark amber color with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was tart and sweet green apple. The flavor was very sour and tart green apple peel. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied but undercarbonated. Solid.
