この度、UKにてSAKEを醸造するKANPAI LONDONのTomさんと一緒に酒造りを行いました。
長龍酒造がこだわりをもつ雄町を原料米とし、長龍酒造自社酵母を用い、酸と柔らかい旨味のバランスが整った酒質に仕上げました。
この酒が日本とUKの架け橋となることを願い仕込んだこの逸品を是非ご賞味くださいませ。

This limited edition sake is the result of a special collaboration project between KANPAI and Choryo Shuzo in Japan. Brewed and developed by both teams in Japan, using Choryo’s signature yeast and Omachi rice, it delivers a soft texture and deep umami.

A unique sake born from shared craftmanship and passion, creating a sake bridge between Japan and the UK.

500ml neon blue bottle, bottled 2025.09. New brewery and region tick.
Pours crystal clear, very dull very pale yellow. Aroma of rice, melon, maybe a hint of vanilla. Taste of rice, umami, lychee, melon, again a hint of vanilla I think, nice sweetness, very warming booze to finish.
Still a newbie to sake but really enjoyed this one.
