Bottle. Clear gold featuring a beautiful big white head. Aroma of grains, metal and straw. Taste of grains, bread, straw, malts and that specific skunk present in all of Einbecker’s beers that I happen to be quite fond of. Low to moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Nothing to text home about but enjoyable nonetheless.

Bottle 33 cl. Clear golden with a solid, white head. Malty nose with floral hops. Medium body, a dry maltiness, slight sulphur with little bitterness. yet so perfectly balanced in every aspect. Beautiful craftmanship. 301023

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before September 2019. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, a bit grassy-spicy aroma of grains and some straw. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy taste of grains and some straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit grassy-spicy and a little metallic finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay.
