Cerveza de color dorado oscuro y bastante turbia al servir los restos de levadura. Espuma blanca de tamaño medio y buena persistencia. Aroma limpio y fresco, a trigo y lupulo. En boca se nota un cuerpo ligero (para una ale) y Carbonatacion media. El sabor empieza con el dulzor del cereal, acabando con un carácter lupulado, donde de fondo se encuentra el jengibre muy bien integrado. Una cerveza distinta, superó mis expectativas, buena.

Tap at the Pub. Pours hazy blonde, small white head, not much lacing. Smell is wheat, bit of grainy funk, mild hoppy touch. Taste is full, funky grains, wheat, creamy, very mild bitterness. Mild citric notes. Refreshing.
