On tap @Mashroom (Rome). Ambrata carica, velata, schiuma bianco sporca media. Al naso note di malto, caramello, zucchero di canna, leggero affumicato. In bocca è morbida, abboccata, con affumicato lieve e chiusura amara delicata a bilanciare. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Un po' anonima, ma si beve.
