Using the highest quality of cocoa nibs from Cru Chocolate and real Madagascar vanilla bean, Mad Nibs achieves a rich and refined chocolate character suitable for any chocolate or dessert beer lover. The base Stout recipe has a medium roast coffee like element as well as undertones of raisin and dark berry that supports the softer milk chocolate notes from the nibs. A judicious amount of vanilla helps amplify the expected chocolate flavor to the anticipated level of familiarity. Lastly, milk sugar adds a touch of sweetness and a smooth transition from flavor to flavor.
