Raspberry color with pink foam. Intense raspberry aroma. Taste starts with sweet, tart berries and then finishes with strong sour acidity. Perfectly balanced between sweet berries and sourness.

500mL bottle, pours a dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with tart cherries and a touch of oak. Flavour is complex, with tart cherries, medium acidity, and oak. Lightly acidic and nice use of the cherries. Excellent.

A murky blood red. No head holy raspberry. It’s total raspberry Jam. Well this is interesting. It’s thin but the raspberry dominated the flavor. A little chalky but it is rich with berry. Decent aftertaste. The barrel doesn’t appear to contribute much

Keg at BD AGM. It pours light hazy red with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, tart, tangy, ripe, raspberry, vinous, jammy, granny smith apple and candy. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, jammy, ripe lemony citrus, zesty, sharp, vinous, blackcurrant, redcurrant and sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Bright, fresh and tart. Very tasty.
