Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta con bollicine fisse sul bicchiere. Il colore è rosato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula, con salivazione in bocca data tipicamente da acidità da frutta. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, limone, albicocca, erbe aromatiche e frutta passita.

Draught at Baladin Open, Rome. Cloudy, orange colored. AROMA- noble one, apricot, leather, pleasant alcohol, liqueur. FLAVOR- neutral, sour, apricot, leather, herbal. Medium bodied. Yeah, it's almost the same as Fou' Foune. Very good.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Golden/amberish coloured, no head at all, sweet and sourish apricot nose. Sour apricot and light lemony taste with tartish fruity finish.

On tap at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Hazy amber, minimal head. Nice stone fruit aroma, quite light, some acidity. Apricot is there, also orange, that's mostly it. Light sourness in the finish. Juicy, oily, sour, moderate carbonation, moderate finish. Flavours are funky, apricot, pit, grain, lemony sourness, quit sharp, puckering.

8-3-8-4-16 Bottle, vintage 2017, #pfan11-1218, six years before bbd. Pours slightly hazy peachy dark orange, with a small rocky head. Aroma is acetic notes of apple cider vinegar and fruity notes of apricots, plums, grass and farmhouse notes, as well as wooden barrels. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is acetic notes of wine vinegar, grapes, apricots and fruit pits, as well as sour candy, hay, farmhouse notes and wooden barrels.
