The first of three new beers, in three different styles at Pomona Island's city centre bar in Manchester. Starting with a sweet raspberry effort, that works well with the soured style as there's a bit of both to enjoy, and the fusion is good. Raspberry dominates aroma and taste. Hazy deep red appearance.
