Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a vibrant dark golden color with a small foamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweetish, tangy, piney and had moderate fruity hops. The flavor was bitter and tangy with cactus, pine, fruity hops and a very sweet undertone.Very long finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

Bottom of the can stamped \"canned on 04/14/ 15.\"
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a glossy to slightly transparent golden bronzed color. Stringy carbonation rises at a moderate pace. A white bubbly head stuck around for a slim thirty seconds. Barely any lacing stuck.
The smell had a sweet grapefruit rind with a nice sharp to bitter grapefruit and a light grassy to sweet melon, all combining extremely nicely and bringing in a nice spice.
The taste took the sweet grapefruit rind and lures me into a really nice sweet sticky citrus aftertaste. Sticky sweet grapefruit finish lures me into bliss.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionable quality about it. Carbonation comes across fairly smooth for an AIPA however, the bitterness invades my tongue nicely.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good AIPA that I would have again. I didn’t mind that the carbonation seemed smoother because the bitterness was still there.
