A tart wheat ale fermented with lacotbacillus. Dandelion root and leaves in the kettle and dry-hopping with Centennial and Chinook combine for herbal, citrus and pine character to balance the bright and fruity acidity.

Ridiculously hazy golden coloured body with almost no head at all - this looks like lemonade or pure wort. Aroma of super soured and funky malt with spontaneously fermented sugars and a dose of flowers and grass noticeable along with a touch of lemons, citrus and even some passionfruit. Light-bodied; Very mild sweetness up front almost entirely from fruits with a touch of lemons and bitterness and a dose of sour and assertively funky yeast and dry flavours that are very nice and easy-to-drink. Aftertaste has a great mellow sweetness, a very smooth malt and wheatie backbone and a funky, sour and complex finish which make this very nice for a hot day with providing an easy-to-drink beer, with still a good amount of flavours in the taste and a great soured complexity. I sampled this sixteen ounce pour on draught at Whole Foods in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 25-May-2017 for US$5,00 at the end of my driveway.

4 oz pour on draft at Scion for the Secret & Sour event. Poured a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma is light tart notes, some wheat. Flavor was light tart notes, hoppier than many, some citrus.

This is positively excellent. Aroma of passionfruit, guava and tangerine. Lots of bread yeast floating around. Amazing tangy finish. This is everything I want a Berliner weisse to be. Hazy yellow pour with good head and some lacing. The dandelions do wonders here as well. Wonderful. Tap at brewpub.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden yellow color, see pic. Nice herbal spiced aroma with lemon lime and a bit of mint. Taste is softly sour and earthy citrus. Tart finish. Easy drinking.
