Serving as an ancient navigational pointer and constructed from unworked stones in the likeness of a human, INUKSHUK means, “you are on the right path.” Watch Man IPA keeps the bitterness firm but in check, and it is accented by floral and citrus notes from the hops. Pair with flaky grilled fish, creamy pastas and hearty salads.

Pours a muddy copper, with mid-sized head. Aroma and flavors are very grassy, not much citrus. Quite a bit of breadiness in the flavor. Bitter finish.

Draft, 4 oz. taster. Slightly hazy orange in color, weak white head. Aroma is grapefruit and weak orange. Flavor is mild at best. Grapefruit peel, orange, caramel malt. Maybe to much with the caramel malt.

Bitterness is lower ends and like many other beers from this brewery, the body is thin and watery. Also has the same yeast aftertaste that is found in every single variety that they brew. Meh

Sampled from the bottle at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours a clear golden orange with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a bit of citrus with some tropical fruits and a sweet grain. Flavor has a sweet citrus note supported by a bit of earthy grains and a touch of sweetness.

Bottle. A- Oranges, gummies, citrus, juicy, subtle caramel, slightly bitter, spices. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Citrus, tangerines, bitter, biscuits, caramel, strong spices. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly bitter finish. O- Not too shabby. Even had it a good month after the best by date. Lots of juicy citrus on the nose that fades with the head and turns into more of a caramel aroma. The taste is pretty balanced with a little bit of a strong spice taste.

Bottle: Nearly clear amber with a thin, soapy head. Sweet grapefruit aroma. Very herbal/earthy bitter flavour..... It’s as if all the citrus element went missing between the smell and the taste.... Rather disappointing.
