Tap @ CBC 2015. Pours clear yellow with a medium white head. Aromas of gooseberries, white wine, citrus, peach, apples, pear, sweet esters, brett. Taste is tart and white vinous, lemon zest, sweet esters, brett, apples, woody dry notes. God damn smooth saison.

Thanks Virby44 for sharing! Teku showing pale gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of clean saison yeast. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with clean notes of apricot throughout. Very clean and easy.

Bottle, shared at Blabaer line (thanks tiong and whoever shared it!). Aroma and flavor are sour, acidic, apricots, oak. This is too acidic for me.

(750ml Blend 2 bottle @ Nische's tasting, thanks Werckmeister!) Hazy bright gold pour with a solid white head. Aroma of mixed citrus, tart white grape, pit fruit esters, wet wood, hay, touch of wine and moderate funk. Flavour is moderately sweet and moderately tart. Smooth pit fruit esters, nectarines, touches of citrus, tart white wine, balanced oak, rounded and almost creamy. Lightly sulphurous funk. Long deep tart fruity aftertaste. Medium bodied and plush with soft carb. Really lovely elegant saison, complex and balance without the runaway acidity of some SP beers. Highly drinkable.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. It pours lightly hazy yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is quite soft, bready, vinous, toasty grain, herbal, wood, grass, funk and lemon peel. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lemon - lime, vinous, gooseberry, white grape, bright acidity, toasty sugars, vanilla, wood and funk with a smooth finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Perhaps lacks a bit of depth, but it is rather enjoyable nonetheless.
