750 ml bottle, vintage 2018. Black body, with a medium, creamy, beige head. Aroma of bourbon, coffee, cocoa powder, soy sauce, moderate caramel fudge, some wood, some tobacco, honey, some spices. Tastes quite similar, with more caramel fudge. Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth, a bit warm, moderate wooden, with coffee, bourbon, liquorice, soy sauce, cocoa powder, some honey. Very tasty! Greatly balanced, with the bourbon barrel very well integrated, adding another layer. Really complex, with diverse roasty notes, while also enough sweetness. Beautiful sipper!
