At MCBT. Very bright clear gold with a rich apple honey aroma. Full bodied and sweet with some heat and a good fruity depth. I liked this more than the grand cru berry, in that way I kind of went against most people's opinions/tastes.

Bottle at Mikkeller Bangkok, pours a hazy copper golden. Aroma brings out herbal notes, light acidity and a touch of honey. Flavour is unusual, with lovely pear, wildflower honey and some treacle. Odd, but it works wonderfully. Lush and complex. Wonderful.

Clear brandy, still. Aroma is honey, oak, a bit herbal. Flavor is full sweet, honey and what I assume is prickly pear, interesting flavor, a bit herbal and fruity, finishing oaky bourbon notes. Medium body.
