Is a big Russian Imperial Stout with three different roast malts that give the beer such a rich depth of roasted flavour. ADONIS is not one to be messed with, since we had to double mash the beer and keep an extended boil going to get it to this syrupy thickness. We added freshly roasted cacao nibs for some chocolate flavour and paired it up with a favourite of ours: salted caramel extract. Enjoy sweet, savory, bitterness, roastyness all at once

Opaque colour, small brownish head and some lace. Syrup, soya in the nose. Full-bodied. Sweetish, soya sauce, sticky palate, toasted malts, chocolate, some alcohol. Too sticky sweety soya impy.

33cl Blik van Ranzijn. Diep donkerbruine kleur, dunne beige kraag. Zoet, licht stroperig, wat cacao, melasse, randje verbrande mout, alcohol, lijkt echt in niks op een dikke RIS, dit is een behoorlijk matige Quad op z’n best. Medium tot volle body. Teleurstellend.
