Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 9th January 2026. Clear gold with shallow off-white foam and partial lacing. Fruity aroma. Bitter and grassy in-mouth, and a finish of bitter grasses and citrus peel. A medium body and an engaging texture.

Cask at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Bitter citrus & fresh herb aromas. Piney, malty bitter citrus flavours. Sharp bitter aftertaste.
