Brewer's Choice: Ruby Mild by Jon Peachey.
A dark ale to reflect a haunting strip of marshland and shingle which quietly rests on the East Anglian coastline - Orford Ness. The beer is layered with hints of chocolate, biscuit and liquorice sweetness with a light whirlpool bitterness touch from Goldings hops.

Почти идеальное питкое пиво, немного шоколада, легкая землистость, кофейность. Супер баланс.
