500 ml with a date of 10/17/2014. Almost black in color, no head. Aroma is a hefty amount of bourbon, notes of sherry, chocolate, dark fruit nuances.

The flavor shows a pretty big bourbon character with dark grain and chocolate malt base. Mild oak hint. The body is on the fuller side with an oily texture over the tongue. Even after more then a year sitting, it comes off a little hot with booze. But it warms the belly nicely! I enjoy the the bourbon influence.

Pours deep brown into a shaker. Mocha head quickly recedes to nothing. Soy, espresso and licorice aromas. Soft with dark caramel, chocolate and soy upfront turning hot in the lasting oaked bourbon finish.
