Doubt is always lurking around the corner. We get that at Duivelsbier. Our beer embodies absolute exuberance, perfectly pairing with those moments when you do choose to take the plunge. Upstream, perhaps even against one’s better judgment? Who’s to say? But on occasion, you are granted a free pass. Some might think that’s kind of diabolical, yet above all, it’s what makes us human.

THT November at Kwartje. Dark amber with white head. Sweet malts, light caramel, flower hearts, spices, nice classic yeasty, bit like Duvel (whats in a name). Big sweet, light bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Duivels Bier Donker on 23 Dec 2017 at 17:23 - Score: . Original review text: 3.5

Bottle shared at THT November. Slight hazy amber with light beige head. Sweet apple, very flowery, lots of herbs, cola, sugary, sweet malts. Over medium sweet and under medium bitter. Over medium bodied with carbonation on the fizzy side.

Botella 33 cl de supermercado Brugge 12..09..2017. (r237).

Brak osadu, lekko mgliste. Piana puszysta biala i trwala. W smaku jest tu nieco lambickowo i dziko. Kwaskowo i owocowo, mirabelki i zielone sliwki. Fajne.

Sample at CBC 2016. Brownish with a medium head. Quite sweet with malt, chocolate, yeast and some fruit. The body was medium as was the carbonation. An ok one.
