Undated can drunk 1/15/26, as pictured.
Very zesty hop with big lemon/orange rind character. Some black pepper in the background with lingering floral tangerine/orange oil. Malts seem more sparse than in GS-Motueka, though I assume it's the same malt base and just "lightened" by the zesty, drier acidity in this one. Anyways, clean and bright and a nice change-of-pace from the usual intense juicy fruit NEIPA.
Juicy fresh squeezed orange is fantastically authentic. This tastes like the real thing, with floral notes, rind, oil, etc...And no big sweetness or sluggish textures here. Quite a bit more dry and spicy than the Motueka version. Really cool hop, albeit rather narrowly focused on fresh citrus.

Pours a hazy, pale lemon-peach, with smallish head. Aroma has a strong orange juice element, some pine/spruce, some tropical fruit. Flavor is a bit astringent, with citrus and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel feels a touch thin. Moderate hop bitterness through the finish.
