"Tokaji Lélek" means "the soul of Tokaj" in Hungarian, a reference to the essence and spirit of the famous Tokaj wine region. This blend was crafted with Hárslevel grapes and aged for one year in an old Tokaj barrel. It combines 1-, 2-, and 3-year-old lambics at the time of bottling, resulting in a complex harmony of wild fermentation and the wine-like depth found in older sweet, slowly oxidized Tokaj blends.

Bottle at Bofkont tasting. Sultan raisin notes, balanced, medium tartness, light vinous. A bit of minerality.
