From tap. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty, nutty and chocolate to caramelish. Smooth toasted peacan and caramelish. Lingering toffee and toasted malty. Smooth nutty and caramelish finish. Medium dry. Smooth toffee caramelish nutty finish.
From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan hesd. Aroma is toasted dark malty, caramelish. Toasted malty. Dark rich chocolate and nutty. Smooth and dark roasted malty finish.

Bottle. Pours a black color with a small thick tan head. Has a roasted malty strong nutty woody chocolate aroma. Roasted malty woody bitter chocolate nutty flavor. Has a roasted malty woody bitter chocolate vanilla nutty finish.

Bottle shared in W2 - massive thanks to Daniel for providing. Pours oily black with a creamy brown head. The aroma is immense, with loads of cocoa, peanut butter, dark chocolate, roast. Medium to heavy sweet flavor with notes of burnt grains, baking cocoa, peanuts, burnt marshmallows, toasted vanilla, scorched earth. Full bodied, chewy and oily, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, with more coconut, marshmallow, burnt toffee, bittersweet baking cocoa. Great beer.

Bottle shared at Leighton’s place 09/05/2016. Huge thanks to Daniel for this one. Aroma is big peanut butter jello, marshmallow, toasted coconut, pecan, nutty. Flavour is big nutty peanut butter, jammy fruits, black malts, dark choc. Many layers of big malts. Palate is velverty, medium full bodied, frothy carbonation. Nice bitter dark choc bite in the finish. Very good indeed.

Bottle at Bespin, thanks to Doity Dee, 09/05/16. Pitch black topped with a dirty tan swirl. Nose is sweet chocolate, peanut butter, vanilla, light spice, hazelnut chocolate. Taste comprises sweet malts, light spice, chcocolate goo, Mississippi mud pie, vanilla chocolate custard, Reeses cups melted on my chest. Full bodied, fine carbonation, oily feel, sweet boosty conclusion. Super solid impy.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Omnipollo Noa Pecan Mud Cake - Double Barrel ].Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cacao, cake, sweet malt, light to moderate wood - vanilla. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, alcohol, cake, chocolate, cacao, malt bitter, hint of peat. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160422]

A black beer, a head is medium and brown. Aroma is just perfect, strong chocolate, marzipan, vanilla, pecan cake. Taste has chocolate, vanilla, nuts, some coffee and bitterness. Balanced sweetness. Some harsh notes of barrel in the end. Full bodied, not stickyness, even easy to drink. A marvellous beer, incredible intensive chocolate and nuts.

Draft at Gollem, Antwerp. Black with a thick brown head. Aroma is mind blowing, huge nutty notes, rich fudge, vanilla/bourbon even though it wasn’t barrel aged in bourbon, dark chocolate, rich malt and oak. Flavour is heavy sweet and bitter, not quite living up to the amazing nose. Full bodied with a thick chewy mouthfeel and unfortunately extreme booziness and alcohol coming out in the palate with soft carbonation. Such an amazing nose but so difficult to actually drink.

33cl bottle. Pitch black with a very tall fine-grained tan head with good retention. Smells of vanilla, roasted hazelnuts, milk chocolate, burnt caramel, cocoa, waffles and just a hint of whiskey, and these are just the notes I was able to identify. The taste starts off smokey bitter, with notes of roasted malts, dark chocolate, cognac, cherries, espresso (or better yet, ristretto), followed by vanilla, toasted coconut, a bit of oak sourness and again, just a hint of whiskey.
