Bottle courtesy of Hawbrewer, thank you sir! Shared on my birthday with ajax25g (the cake he supplied is in the photo). Huge pop, but not a gusher. Clear royal purple color, rapidly settling head reduced to fine bubbles. Aroma of vanilla, ruby port, light tannin. Taste is tannic red wine, more vanilla, lightly burnt plums, raisins, dates. Very soft sourness. Delicious.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is really nice with a good complex red wine character and some nice oak tannins. A nice, light mustiness. Moderate acidity with hints of citrus. Pours a murky, burnt copper with a large, rocky, slightly off-white head that lingers on the edges. Flavor is fairly acidic with a nice red wine and tannin quality. Nice fruitiness that add some must from the grape skins. Low bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, my favorite of the Abascio-Cell series that we tried so far. The red grapes add a nice complexity that the white wine grapes did not have.

Bottle thanks to Bruce. Pours a clear copper with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong grape, red wine, oak. Medium mouth with nice tart grape, wine, light oak, very sour.

Bottle. Pours muddy amber. Quickly dissipating head. Nose/taste of cherry vinegar, oak, red wine, soured grape juice, tart acid and caramel funky acid. Medium body.
