A big and bold IPA packed full of one of our favourite new(ish) hops in the shape of Nectaron! These provide tropical fruit flavours for days, with juicy mango, papaya and sweet passionfruit at the forefront. A very gentle bitterness on the finish keeps them in check, and makes for a super balanced and dangerously chuggable IPA.

Panda from Colin. Dark hazy gold. Thin frothy foamy white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity with a bitter herbal and slightly vinous edge. Flavourwise it has sweet fruit and porridge over a bitter core. Peripheral sourness moreso into the finish. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Good stuff.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Mildly hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. The single hop delivery of Nectaron is, well, spiffin. Cooling pine. Mild skunk. Very good stone fruits, slightly ripe but still vibrant. A little mango led tropical fruits. Juicy hop fruit goodness, allowed to shine by the well judged malt base. Splendid.
