After resting in our oak puncheons for 18 months and being dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin (for complexity rather than full-on hoppiness), we took the unique approach of packaging it in cans.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light herbs, light coriander, fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light coriander, fruity esters, light cloves, pleasant.
