We brewed this New England IPA with Citra, Simcoe, and Sabro hops, with Double Dry Hopping for bold citrusy, tropical, and resinous notes — plus a cheeky hint of coconut and wood.
Imagining Nikola himself tinkering in his lab-kitchen, we added a touch of Fleur de Sel (a delicate finishing salt used in sweet and savory dishes). Not to channel electricity — though that would be cool — but to make the flavours and aromas pop. Added after the boil, it doesn’t make the beer salty — just extra delicious and aromatic.
Take a sip, and let science (and flavour) spark your imagination.

440ml can. Murky yellow gold with a white head. Aroma of pineapple, pine, grass. Taste is herbal and piney, pineapple, tropical and citrus fruits, good bitter hop finish. Medium bodied.
Couldn't pinpoint specifically what it was but there was a strong sort of herbal/piney or perhaps raw hop element to this that seemed at odds with the fruity hops.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 30/01/2026.
Hazed orange topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, papaya, soft malts, light pine tickle.
Taste comprises bitter orange, raw pineapple, grass, ripe melon, pine needle.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with earthy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy IPA ... good bitter edge about it.

Can. A mild haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, a little dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin bodied pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine into a reasonably juicy citrus, lesser stone fruit and mild tropical fruits. A decent nip of hop spice. Mild skunk underneath. Freshly opened, this Brazilian IPA has some soapy elements going on. 3 mins after opening, that is 90% gone. Decent.
