Tap at Rapp. It pours cloudy golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is smoke, meat, wheat, hay and a touch of sweetness in the background. The taste is quite similar...smoke, smoked ham, light wheat, dull sourness, spice and hay with a dry finish. Lightish body and fine carbonation. Not a whole lot going on but fine for what it is. Ok.

A hazed blonde beer with a thick off white head. In aroma, smooth smoked goodness, wheat notes, nice. In mouth, a light smooth smokey wheat, light bodied and refreshing. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 8 2012.
