reen 375 from the Union Sq Market Stand. No vintage. The cider maker doesn't have a ton of distro & tends to sit on batches, so this might be older.
Chalky, murky, orange gold. Quick-hitting soda head.
Fresh sweet nose, significant farm funk, touch of esters, pear, bubblegum.
Juicy, thin, bittersharp. Bitey, leafy, bitter, long twang, some veg, dirt, floral yeast; hard sulfite feels.
Irritating carb, chewy, lingering yeasties, noticable abv punch.
Fun but didn't love this.
