On tap at the brewery / restaurant. Pours clear deep gold. Grain, grapefruit, lemon, papaya, citrus rind, pithy bitterness. Medium body. Not great.

Tap with lunch at Ulele. You come here for food and atmosphere ticks are bonus. Pale gold. Nose and tastes are faint citrus, grains, malt. Light pine hops.

Draft: Poured a clear golden with a white head. Aroma is grain. Taste is more grain and seemed like not very many hops, more of lager than a pale ale.

Draft @ Ulele. Dorée claire, col blanc. Arôme au bouquet moyen laissant qcq notes d’amertume en rétro le tout demeurant assez noble. Palais est houblonné noble, citronnée, amer léger avec encore une note finement métallique. Fini sec, malt pils avec une pointe de grains, crisp, passable et sans plus.

Draft at Ulele before the RBWG 2015 welcome event. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral, citrus. Tastes of floral, citrus, herbs. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Draft - Pale malts and earthy hops. Clear light gold with a decent white head. Light bitter hops and some grainy sweetness. Bitterness comes back a little harsh in the finish.
