Sample at Kurtkeller 020: Stout-tastic 01 on 02/22/2015. Pours black with a slight ruby halo, and a thin beige head. Small patches of lace. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, toffee and malt. Flavors of roasted coffee, chocolate, tart soy sauce, and alcohol. Perfect hops counterbalance in the finish. Faded but still good.
