Small glass.
Aroma: a lot of coffee, bold, moderately sweet, some American oak.
Taste: along the same lines, a bit on the thinner side to my taste (Ethereal Space Blend 2 feels thicker).
Overall: good one.

On tap. Pours black with no head. Aromas of chicory, molasses, soft bourbon, dark sugars and slick roasted malts. Flavors of dark caramel, chocolate nougat, soft bourbon and oily roasted malts. Perfect integration. Excellent.

Dark brown, no head, pours flat. Rich malt nose, lots of dark sugars, light coffee, balanced barrel that pops a bit in the finish. The body is thick and somewhat oily. The coffee has faded, the barrel comes through well. The complexity of the sugars is lesser on the palate than on the nose. Overall, comes together beautifully. Right on.

On tap at Threefold. Pours nearly black with a minimal head. Tons of bouron, charred wood, and earthy roasted malt on the nose. Flavour has a great roasted malt base; burnt sugars, bread crusts; and a charred bourbon barrel character laced throughout the beer. This is incredible, the base beer is great and the level of integration with the barrel is top-tier.

On tap at Threefold, pours black with a tiny beige head. Aroma is full of intense dark roast coffee upfront, subtle yet elegant bourbon barrels, and some dark cocoa. Flavour is deep, with intense bourbon character, deep coffee, good base malts, and some cocoa. Really great depth and integration, with tons of depth from those barrels. One of Temporal’s best.
