The third in the hat-trick of collaborations with Montreal hazemasters Messorem sees us build on Voyage and Set To Sail before it to produce a double dry hopped DIPA filled to the brim with New Zealand hops. Motueka, Manilita and Eggers Lily erupt onto your palate with mojito magic, vibrant red grapefruit, tropical fruit salad and gummy sweet supermix.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a thin but forward creamy sweetness. Cooling pine, some hop spice bite. Lily hops? Cooling pine. Red grapefruit. A limey note that isn't far off Motueka. Lily claims apricot, yeah a little on the back end, if you are looking for it. Fair degree of hop spice that ramps up. Light crisp finish. Rather lovely. A different hop fruit profile, refreshingly different.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 09/02/2026.
Murky orange topped with a lasting creamy white cap.
Nose is punchy tropicana, grass, lychee, mandarin, raw mango, pine resin.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine resin, light stone fruit parade, dank tickle, raw pineapple, mandarin, subtle hop spice.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close slathered with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow rising boost.
Top notch affair.

On tap at Track taproom in Manchester. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a thinnish white head on top. Hoppy, orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime, tropical fruit action. Really nice sweetish DIPA from Track.
