Kingston Black is a widely adored bittersharp apple bursting with fruity character. The 2023 vintage at Broome Farm was full of lemony tones and time in oak has truly softened this cider, adding depth and complexity to the drink. The maturing process has allowed this cider to develop a balanced flavour, with the wispy smoke accentuating the gentle citrus character and giving it a silky texture. A very more-ish cider. Our brilliant artist, Ruby, who works with us at the Yew Tree, created the stunning and imaginative label artwork. You can commission her yourself or buy her pottery!

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of phenol, tar, oak cask. Taste is tangy, tart, fruity, vanilla, whiskey barrel, appley, citric note, with some funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying oaky tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
