10oz pour at the brewpub pours a murky garnet amber with a ring of off white head. Nose has some distinct grainy notes, mild vinegar, red grape, very yeasty, a little cheesy too. Flavor has a lot of risotto character, grainy, soggy bread, mild acid, lots of yeast. Creamy finish. Odds are, this ages well.

10?oz draft at the brewery. Poured a dark ruby color with a small tan head. Aroma was light dark fruit notes, some dried fruits, and a touch of tartness. Flavor had that nice sweet light tartness, notes of dried fruits. Pretty easy drinking.

Draft at the source. Nice hazy ruby maroon color, thick tan head with sid lacing. Aroma of sourdough brownie dough. Taste has dark fruit, sour prunes and plums maybe, with a bit of pepper. Very nice.

Very nicely done. Great for style. Smooth drinking with just enough bretta and a little lactobacillus. Light citrus aroma with a touch of florals. Pours cloudy reddish with decent head and lacing. Nice rye profile. Some bitterness in finish, and some tangy sourness while still a little crisp. Soft carbonation. Good stuff. Tap at brewpub.
