473 ml can. Pours a dull gold with moderate bubbly head. Aromas of lemons, earthy yeast, oak, and wheaty malts. Flavors follow same. Slightly tart. Definitely dry and rustic.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazed gold with full white head. Nose of citrusy wild yeast, taste leans more rustic, some dry oak, decent.

473mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a large white head. Nose has a great rustic saison yeast character, all sort of bugs, and some dry oakiness. Flavour follows suit, with all sorts of mixed bugs, rustic saison yeast, toasted grains, and dry oak to round it out. Great saison character, with the bugs doing their thing well, and the finish being very dry. Really good.

On tap at Beva. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Plenty of oak and saison yeast on the nose. Flavour has a nice, rustic saison yeast character, tons of oak, a bit tangy, some sharp accents perhaps from the burnt orange peels. Very nice.
