An alcohol-free twist from the archives.
We welcome back SKGN for a one-off reimagined re-brew. Dream Line Forms has lingered long in the minds of many Monks, and when looking for beers to revive for an alcohol-free edition, the series came up quickly.
Expect punchy citrussy aromas and a satisfyingly full texture. This beer takes cues from the original recipe but is designed to replicate the outcome of the brew process, rather than to simply mimic the original recipe.
Not only have we learned a lot since then but some changes were necessary to make sure that this Hazy IPA lands with just as much hoppiness, aroma and texture as the original.

Keg draught at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Light to mid-golden, a little bit hazy with a full (but quickly dissipating) white head. Aroma of light fruity hop, some lime, dried grass. Bittersweet taste, more lime here, maybe some orchard fruit, ending in a bitter finish. Body is very watery but there is a fair bit of tight carbonation that gives the impression of more heft. For a very low alcohol beer, this is impressive.

440ml can. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of lemon and lime.
Taste is lemon and lime dominated, zesty, pale malts, light bitterness. Light-medium bodied.
Relatively decent, and at least significantly better than their other recent AF beers that's for sure.
