We selected and blended 5 different dried fruits. After rehydrating them, we steamed the mix for 12 hours to create a sweet syrup with flavours akin to sherry or Moscatel. Two parts apricot, two parts figs, one part peach, one part plum and one part pear. (And vanilla).

8/VI/25 - 44cl can from Moersleutel webshop @ ElManana+1’s place, BB: 3/X/26, canned: 3/X/24, batch: #815 (2025-540) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the can!
Clear dark brown beer, huge creamy beige to brown head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very roasted, caramel, pretty sweet impression, lots of chocolate, some dried fruits indeed, nice stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, very sugary, chocolate, a bit malty, caramel, a little bitter. Aftertaste: sugary, alcohol, bitter touch, dried fruits, lots of chocolate, sugary, very sweet, a bit too sugary and heavy maybe, but overall a very nice beer!
